Sharing Our Success – DC
The DC Sharing Our Success (SOS) Committee would like to offer girls interested in science, technology, engineering, arts/design & math (STEAM) an opportunity to learn more about STEAM-related careers, during our annual Sharing Our Success program.

The DC Sharing Our Success program is designed for girls in grades 6 through 12 to meet and network with professional women who have leveraged their love for science, technology, engineering, art/design, or mathematics by successfully pursuing a career in a STEAM-related field.
This enlightening evening will include, a networking activity, hands-on STEAM demonstrations by Microsoft, FIRST Robotics, TechShop and Acumen Solutions, hors d’oeuvres and refreshments, prizes and will feature a panel of dynamic women speakers including Catherine Kuenzel, VP and GM of Homeland Security and Civil Agencies at CSC, Elizabeth Caudle, East Coast Regional Director for Girls Who Code, and Robin D. Thurman, Director of Strategic Partnerships and Chairman of the DC Regional for FIRST Robotics. The panel will share their experiences and challenges while pursuing a career in a STEAM-related field.
